My mission is to challenge, empower and connect with individuals in order to create experiences that deepen relationships that strengthen youth and families. 


Philosophy of Leadership 

I believe that relationships matter, therefore I commit to intentionally building trust, respect, and connections while positively interacting with all individuals.

I believe in equality, therefore I will fight for the equal rights and protection of all people.

I believe in integrity, therefore I will act with dignity, transparency, and passion. 

I believe in life long learning, therefore I will challenge myself to continuously gain knowledge, and allow for the information to become influential in my decisions and interactions.

I believe in creative strategy implementation therefore I will learn and understand the population I am working with. 

I believe in equity therefore I will access and distribute needs based on individual needs rather than equity. 

I believe in being a lifelong learner, therefore I will intentionally seek out cultures and experiences that are different from my own. 

I believe in educating and exposing individuals to diverse populations, therefore I will provide opportunities for all people to learn from and about all people. 


Philosophy of Curriculum, Instruction and Assessment 

I believe all students should have the opportunity to learn critical content, therefore I will monitor and evaluate all curriculums. 

I believe in growth, therefore, I will strategically work on the continuous development of all students and staff. 

I believe in active learning, therefore I will engage individuals in innovative and research-based teaching strategies. 

I believe in creativity, therefore I will support every student in using their unique talents to develop and implement new learning. 

I believe in quality assessment, therefore I will utilize formative and summative benchmarks to efficiently assess student learning. 

I believe in effective teaching, therefore I will develop strategic plans that encourage, acknowledge and strengthen all educators. 

I believe in quality feedback, therefore I will implement specific intentional feedback systems, as an opportunity to learn and grow.
